The blossom blend is our most popular espresso that we serve in our coffee house. The idea behind this blend is to combine the floral, fruity, and black tea notes, with a honey sweet finish. This combination achieves a rich, golden colored espresso crema, that makes for fantastic latte art.
Our Blossom Blend features two distinct processed beans from Ethiopia, complemented by a naturally processed coffee typically sourced from Central or South America, which adds body and enhances the coffee’s texture and mouthfeel. When combined, they create a smooth and balanced experience. This blend is best suited for espresso, making it a unique addition to your coffee arsenal. It’s fantastic for other brewing methods as well.
