Return Process

Email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for your return.
- 2.Verify Eligibility
Ensure that non-perishable items are in original packaging; for roasted coffee, please provide feedback on the flavor profile so we can suggest a better match.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the product back to our roastery.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
