Roast Type: Full City (second crack)

This is a very popular and also classic espresso served in our coffee house. This blend includes Sumatran wet hulled processed beans, Mexico Chiapas Kulaktik and another American natural or honey processed beans. The Mexico coffee provide a rich full body profile that's dark chocolaty. The Sumatra keeps its depth and thick body. Lastly, the natural/honey processed bean helps the flavor merge together. Crooked Blend is a very classic espresso, with thick crema and a solid body. Regent Coffee uses this regularly for our in-house cold brew as well.
